Moorfeed was founded in 1954 after the invention and development of the heli-arc feeder bowl.  In 60+ years they have built and documented 45,000 systems, fed and oriented 130 unique parts from a single bowl, exceeded a feed rate of 5,000 parts per minute and built a feeder with 21 lanes.  

VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDERS
 
304, 316 stainless steel construction.  REO MTS & MFS controllers.  Adjustable, change-out and pinned tooling for feeding multiple parts in a family.  FDA bowls are twice welded and ground and polished.  3D models are created and provided for approval and integration into customer's solid model.
